Our application is a server-based Windows application that will monitor an enterprise customer’s network and its entire network components, which are the major parts that lead to downtime. Enterprise customers are those that get their internet services from network providers. An example of an enterprise customer and our case study is a hospital. Hospitals utilize internet services for various purposes, and most hospitals have their servers or a local network base where they distribute internet to different departments, similar to other large organizations. Most often, they experience network failures and other issues; this downtime leads to numerous operational difficulties. With our application, they can monitor and predict when downtime might happen and mitigate it.

D³ App is designed to be installed on the company’s server to monitor their internet activities and provide feedback regarding downtime. When a client, hospital, or other organization purchases our App and installs it on their system, they can remotely monitor their network and receive timely feedback for the IT department to take action.

Because our Application will be system-based, it cannot be listed on the Play Store or the App Store. But clients will be able to download from our website once they have made payments. We can also manually install it for them after consultation.
